1. Terms and Conditions of Sale
These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all transactions for the sale of goods. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights. We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions without notice.
2. Products
All products offered for sale on our website are individual and, unless otherwise stated, the product shown in the photograph is the actual product you will receive.
A description will accompany each photograph giving size and any other detail deemed appropriate. Please note that colour reproduction is dependant on a number of things and what you see on your computer screen may not be exactly the colour in daylight. Any description of colour refers only to the “family” name ie. BLUE or RED and not to a specific shade or tone. If you need to match something exactly please contact us for more details.
Should you require additional information please contact us giving the product code number and your question but please be aware that it is the only item on offer with that number and as such may be sold during any contact, asking a question will not reserve a product on your behalf.
The driftwood used is treated with propriety products in an attempt to prevent problems with wood boring organisms.
Whilst we have no prior knowledge of anyone experiencing difficulties there is no guarentee that there will never be any.
You are advised to keep driftwood products away from young children who may chew them.
3. Prices
All prices and charges are shown in UK pounds sterling.
We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, goods and specifications of goods at any time prior to but not after we accept your order.
Delivery charges are set for UK mainland deliveries. Costs for deliveries outside this will be by application.
4. Ordering
You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order until the point at which you submit your order for processing.
All orders made through our website are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept your order and will not be liable to you or anyone else in those circumstances.
After submitting an order to us we will send you an acknowledgement e mail with the order number, details of the goods you have ordered and expected delivery date, please check that it is correct against your order. Please keep a copy of your order.
Acceptance of your order will follow two days after our sending this acknowledgement and following confirmation of satisfactory payment. Unless we have contact from you to say otherwise. This will then form the basis of a contract between us.
5. Right to Withdraw Items / Delivery Time frames
We reserve the right to withdraw items from our website at any time. You will be advised the expected delivery at time of order .
6. Payment
The total cost of your order is the price of the goods, plus any delivery charges as set out in the Deliveries section, and any other expenses agreed at time of order.
Payment should be made through the secure link to ”Pay Pal”. You do not need an account to make payment.
7. Delivery and Risk
We despatch items ordered by you as they are available using the most appropriate means. Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have written on your order. We cannot be held responsible if this delivery address is incorrect.
Should items go missing the carriers procedures should be followed in the first instance and we should be notified as soon as practicable.
8. Cancellation & Returns
Should you wish to cancel your order you should notify us in writing before the items are ready for despatch, a refund will be made less any expenses incurred. Items made to special order may not be cancelled.
Damages should be addressed to the carrier and notified to us within 24 hours of receipt.
9. Damage to your Computer
Driftwood Reflections make every effort to ensure that our website is free from viruses or defects. However we cannot guarantee that your use of this or any website accessible through it will not cause damage to your computer.
You must ensure that you are using adequate virus protection on your system.
10. Privacy
No personal or payment details, other than those input in our order form, are seen by Driftwood Reflections.
We do not share any of your information with other companies or individuals.
